The difference between All Corners Home Inspections and other home inspectors is experience and knowledge. Our background in the construction industry, as well as hundreds of restoration and remodeling projects, including restoring homes involved in fires, floods, hurricanes, sinkholes, and mold makes us stand out.
We bring this knowledge to you to help you understand the condition of your new home and suggest ways that not only will help you get any needed repairs done but also on how to maintain this major investment you are making.
Our approach is both professional and comfortable. We know this is a very stressful time for you, and the home inspection shouldn’t add to that stress. We will help put you at ease.
At the end of the inspection, we will review the results with you on your home and also provide you with a complete report that same day. We use a narrative report that better explains what we saw, not like the “check box” reports you see from other home inspectors. Also included are images, as well as a summary of those items in most need of service or repair.
At All Corners Home Inspections, we want you to walk away from your home inspection feeling you received the best service. That’s our promise to you.
When you should consider an Indoor Air Quality Test:
Dock, seawall and boat lifts are inspected for deficiencies and serviceability. This will include a visual inspection of the pilings, caps, decking material, fasteners and any deficiencies in the seawall. The boatlift will also be operated and checked for proper function.
Sprinkler systems are checked for visible water leaks, proper zone operation, service and supply piping, control panel, sprinkler heads and sensors.
A residential pool and spa inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a pool or spa, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components.
